The Standard Process

The standard process may be divided into the following chapters:

• Up-Front Definition (the time during which the definition of the upcoming modification is specified)
• Contract (the formal signature of the contract for the modification, based on the specification)
• Lead Time (the time during which all the material and resources are purchased accordingly)
• Aircraft Slot (the time during which the aircraft will undergo the modification on ground)

Subsequent streams will manage the process throughout the chapters:

• Interior Design (services from conceptual to final design package including material selection and reference images)
• Quotation Support (final negotiation with refurbishment and completion centers, total cost calculation for contract)
• Supply Chain Management (supervision and selection of materials, checked for compliance with specification)
